This video will show you how to make a inexpensive DIY touchscreen stylus using a bag of chips and some other things you might have around the house.
What you’ll need is bag of chips (with metallic inside), a pen (this becomes the stylus), scissors, a sheet of paper, a pair of scissors, and some tape.
Compared with other ways of making your own stylus that I have seen this seems to be the easiest, it does not require water like some of the other methods, and you don’t have to break the pen’s ability to write.
This works on many Android devices, iPhones, iPads, and other touch screen devices. If you are unsure if it will work on your device take the corner of a bag and rub it on your device to see if it reacts.
The drawing app I use on my Android tablet in this video is called Draw and Share.
It can be found at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=evtgroup.apps.multimedia.draw_and_share
