This is a remake video about tips and advice on choosing your mesh count for screen printing textiles with plastisol inks. In this video we run through an array of mesh counts that I personally keep on hand in my shop for everyday work. You’ll get to hear some facts about mesh counts and emulsion thickness, ink flow, tightness and more. This video should give you a basic understanding of the different mesh counts and their characteristics. Learn about mesh counts like 110, 156, 200, 230, and 305 or 355.
